In addition to our Australian Warehouse we have recently introduced a new warehouse in the United States. The introduction of this new US facility it allows for US and Canadian orders containing eligible items to be delivered faster and at a much cheaper rate; therefore passing the savings onto you!
Currently, fulfilment via our US Warehouse is only available for US and Canadian orders containing our latest release, FLUID-2019 Edition Playing Cards. Orders containing any other items (whether with FLUID-2019 or without) will be fulfilled by our Australian facility.
Just like our Australian Warehouse, all items being dispatched from our US facility will be packed and shipped securely with the upmost care by our USA fulfilment team within 24 hours of your order being placed. Due to a large influx of orders expected around the release date please allow an extra 1-2 business days for dispatch.
How do I select this method?
Simply select the 'US Warehouse' shipping method at checkout and enjoy the savings. If this rate does not appear then please ensure that only eligible items are included in your order (see above) and the 'Ship To' address is to the US or Canada.
