If you would like to return part or all of your order, and it is within 15 days of receiving your package, we will happily give you a store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit/exchange.

Non-returnable items include: 
Opened Playing Cards, Gift Cards & Downloadable Products, Mystery Decks/Bundles, Mystery & Subscription Boxes & back ordered items (unless past estimated timeframe by 7 days)

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

When you are shipping the product(s) you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages / Defects

We understand that we are not perfect in everything we do, and sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive any items that are damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the appropriate order information and photographs in order for us to provide you with a refund or reimbursement.

Please keep all damaged/defected items along with all packaging as we often require items to be returned to us (at no extra charge).
